The service
NordicHelp provides tools for document management and AI-assisted customer support. Features and limits depend on the selected subscription plan. We may modify or improve the service over time.
Accounts

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, upload unlawful content, bypass safeguards, or interfere with system operation. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Canceling a subscription stops future charges, but access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability

Termination
